Joel joined the Digital Dog Direct team in November of 2003 bringing a comprehensive background of production and warehouse management experience with him. As Shift Supervisor/Production, Joel ensures that production, quality, and delivery goals are met. He’s the first to jump in and do the preparation work for new jobs on our production equipment.

 

His coordination of the daily tasks in our very active production department is essential to our efficiency and quality. A bonus of working at Digital Dog Direct? “I get to work with my wife,” says Joel. He and Jen Barletta-Geer (Client Services Manager) reside in Bordentown, NJ. If they’re not at a Yankees game, they’re on the softball field playing in local leagues.
